Process

Step 1:   Attorney downloads a FREE set of Client Intake Forms. Print and have client complete them. Review with client for completeness. Fax, scan, or email to Bankruptcy Attorney Assistant.

Step 2:   Accredited Bankruptcy Attorney Assistant will prepare a complete draft of the bankruptcy petition using Best Case software, including a document of notes and questions for Attorney regarding issues and any missing information. (If approved, Bankruptcy Attorney Assistant will contact client for missing information)

Step 3:   After Attorney reviews petition and accompanying notes, the entire petition will be finalized in PDF format and emailed to Attorney. The PDF file is suitable for electronic filing. Any subsequent changes will also be made when requested.

NOTE: All bankruptcy petitions will contain the Attorney's name, Law Firm and Bar Number. Our name does not appear anywhere. All client and Attorney information is held in the strictest confidence.
